Hi, I am Beth Hutchison. I live in the USA in the beautiful state of Colorado. I live with my two dogs Sienna- a Leonberger and Wookie- a mutt.
I have always felt the need to create and have expressed myself through various forms of art for most of my life. Painting, woodworking, woodcarving, sculpting, photography have all played a major role in my art. I have won a number of awards in most of these mediums. And now, more recently fiber arts--most specifically, one of a kind soft sculpture animals with an occasional doll are my main focus. I have been making teddybears and dogs since early 2008. I am enjoying it immensly. I hope you enjoy the end result as much as I enjoy creating them.
I am very sad to say that I lost My dear sweet Sienna to bone cancer on May 18, 2010. Wookie and I are both heartbroken! Sienna was the love of out lives. We miss her terribly! But we know she is in a better place now and no longer in any pain.
